- Kylie Ripepi Added January 29, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Produced our loyalty coffee card only to be told they were no longer accepting loyalty cards... when we pointed out a sign on the counter saying loyalty cards would still be honoured the staff member quickly swiped the sign away not offering any explanation. Very bad Customer relations. Won't be back

- Imogen Williamson Added January 04, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Me and my mother suggested to our family from down south who were up to visit, to come to the nice local Coffee shop for lunch, there were a few of us that walked in around 1:15 we asked was it to late to order from the kitchen due to it closing at 2 the elderly lady with red hair in a huff said she could take food orders until 1:30 she proceeded to stand behind the counter not even giving us anytime to sit down or really look through the menu feeling pressured from her tone of voice to get the order in the kitchen asap. Neither me or my mother will be suggesting to come here again due to the rude customer service, I understand it’s stressful to work in a coffee shop but at least don’t take it out on your customers
